-A Yard card display is novelty rental sign that is set up in the front yard. You rent the Yard Cards on a daily basis.  We set up the Yard Cards either be the night before or early morning hours on the day of event (approximately 10:00 pm to 8:00 am) and we pick them up that evening (approximately 7:00 pm to 7:00 am).   We personalize , set up and take down everything - you relax and enjoy.

How do I place an order?  Call or Text us at 772-924-6995 to reserve your display or fill out the reservation form on this website. 

-Please be aware we can only setup in grassy area for the display signs.

-If you need a more specific time due to a surprise or specially timed event, please let us know. 

-Delivery, setup and take down is all included in the price of your yard greeting. 

 -Weather Policy - Living in Florida means the weather can be unpredictable.  Your yard card will be set up rain or shine.  However, we may have to adjust times if the weather jeopardizes the safety of our installer.  Heavy lightning, tropical storms or hurricanes may disrupt service.  In this case, we will first attempt to reschedule.  If that is not possible, we will provide a refund.

-Homeowners - If the recipient's community is gated, please be sure we are provided with a gate code at the time of booking.  Also, if this is a gift, please let the homeowner know we will be setting up in their yard.

-Do not move or touch our signs for any reason. If a sign needs to be moved or taken down please call us.  Please do not allow children or pets to play on or around the display items.

-Please make sure your lawn is mowed before we place the signs. Do not landscape your yard including mowing while the signs are in place. You will be responsible for any damage to the signs due to landscaping

-Do not attach anything to the signs, they are not meant to bear weight and will break

-We reserve the right to politely decline orders that are political, controversial, lewd, disrespectful or that do not fit the intent of our business.

-KMF is not responsible for any injury or damage caused to any person or thing during setup,  display or removal of our yard signs

-A fee of $15 /piece will be charged to the original client for damaged or stolen letters/accent pieces

Refund Policy

48 hour cancellation notice is required to receive a full refund.  Within 24 hours you will be refunded 50% or we can reschedule your date

If we cannot set up your display due to inclement weather you will receive a full refund or we will reschedule your date

Payment

You will receive an invoice via email.   Full payment is due to confirm your booking.  We accept Venmo , Zelle, Cashapp, Paypal and Square

We may place a small sign in the yard with our company name, phone number and web address. This sign is unobtrusive and lets the neighbors know how to find us to order a display, so please do not move or hide it.
